Great location. The room size stated on Trip.com as 26m² turned out to be inaccurate. The room we initially received was tiny. We complained about the room size and were moved to a larger one. A big drawback is the lack of information that the rooms have windows facing an internal courtyard, and that the price on Trip.com, quoted in euros with the option to pay in euros, is not the final price, as a currency conversion fee was added to the bill. The hotel has beautiful interiors and a fantastic pool.

Nice surroundings, but the coffee from the machine at breakfast was awful. Big plus for the in-room coffee machine. The gym and pool are both really good. Rooms are quiet.

The Marmorosch is an absolutely beautiful hotel — truly stunning in every detail. The rooms and common areas are very clean, the breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, often greeting guests with a warm smile. Their welcoming attitude adds to the overall experience. The hotel can definitely be recommended.

Firstly, the hotel's service was so-so, but the restaurant staff were very friendly. Secondly, the hotel's soundproofing was so-so. However, the location is excellent.

My husband was not feeling well in the stomach on the last two days of our stay. So I went solo for breakfast, was offered a take away box so I could bring something light for him, like breads and hard boiled eggs to keep him going. The stay in this beautiful hotel was pleasant and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again in future.

The service doesnt feel like a 5 star hotel experience, more like a 4 star.

An amazing hotel with very exclusive underground bar, will visit again

Stayed for 3 nights in early September 2025. The hotel is located near the old town which is very convenient for sightseeing, as most of the places are within walking distance. It is refurbished from an old bank and retains the charm of the former building including a nice lobby which was previously the banking hall. They also have a vault with a bar within. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities including a safebox. They have USB charger built in as well. Wifi was fast. The hotel also does have a swimming pool in the basement with wet and dry sauna facilities. The old town is right behind the hotel. Staff were professional and I managed to have slightly early check in thanks to a trainee lady (I did not catch the name) who took time to helped look for available room.

One of my best experience, make my first visit Bucharest become unforgettable. You are not only in a hotel. You live in history.
