This hotel still has atmosphere, but mainly due to the coffee and cake shop where the most fantastic people are always ready to give you an outstanding experience.
The hotel and the rooms are worn down.

This is a grand old hotel that has seen better days. The carpets were clean, but badly stained and worn in places.
The front desk was helpful.
The breakfast was minimal as there seemed to be very few guests in the hotel.

The building was old and very valuable.

A very grand building, in a convenient location, but the grandeur felt rather faded. Evocative period feel, but disappointing that there were so few guests - not the fault of the hotel, but more guests would have helped the atmosphere.

Extremely bad attitude from reception and hotel manager. I have not used the reservation due to a loud wedding in the hotel, I checked out after less than one hour and they refused to refund my money.
