Premier Inn is a hotel with helpful & friendly staff, esp Farzan A. This is a nice & clean hotel with convenient location, surrounding w supermarket, eating place & coffee shop, that are only walkable distance from the hotel. Worth staying here again & recommend to friends.

Farzana was great at the reception she is great to chat to and we talked about the upcoming generation of doctors and graduates of Buckingham. She made the process feel very human and was also very considerate for our unorthodox travel plans. Hope she continues and reaches great heights. The check in process was smooth although I had three separate bookings for one trip. Would recommend Premier Inn Buckingham for anyone planning to stay in Buckingham for a short trip. I stayed at this Premier Inn for a week on a business trip and have stayed here quite a few times before. It’s always a reliable place to stay. The location is excellent, with a shopping centre within easy walking distance, and there’s also a lovely Turkish restaurant directly opposite the hotel. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, is well maintained and, despite the convenient location, it’s nice and quiet with no noise at night, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. A special mention to Farzana, who was absolutely excellent throughout my stay. She was friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was just right. Her customer service really made a difference.

I had the experience of being served by a lovely lady called Farzana. She was very, very helpful and made my stay so much easier. Please pass on my thanks and give her a pay rise.

We always stop here for silverstone. Niki the host and Kandia the chef looked after my wife and her gluten allergy which is always a huge help. Only negative was our room smelled of smoke

The best premier in by far. Bigger rooms, cleaner building and Niki and Kandia were brilliant. Best food in a premier inn so far, and we’ve stayed at a lot of them.
