Breakfast was good. Check in might take longer when check in peak time when there is only one receptionist. Overall experience was good. Location was fantastic just next to the metro station. Easy access to Gellert Hill

Strategic location with many trams and metros near the hotel. Halal food also walking distance. When we open the window, as if we're viewing a courtyard. Just that there's water leaking from bathroom but that is negligible.

The hotel is in a great location, with a metro station nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city. It takes no more than 10–15 minutes to reach the centre of Budapest by metro. The breakfast offers a good selection of food. On the downside, the bed linen was not very clean — I found quite a few hairs on it and noticed a couple of ants in the bathroom. Overall, I am satisfied with my choice of hotel.

Check-out was at 11 AM, but someone entered at 9 AM without knocking. I had specifically chosen a room with air conditioning, but it wasn't working. There wasn't a single bottle of water in the refrigerator, and basic amenities like slippers and bathrobes were completely missing. There were pieces of broken earrings on the floor, and I think the price is exorbitant for having to sleep in a sweat for just one night. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Location and breakfast was good. However, the sink was not working properly. Beds were making noise with strange matrasses. For a family room where everyone were sleeping in one place not good. Could be ok for couple of nights for that price.

Absolutely terrible service here. They knowingly gave me this room with a broken AC when it’s been 33 everyday (almost 100F). With closed windows and a tiny fan. Housekeeping told me that this has been a known issue. When I told them of the issue it was nighttime on my first night there when i noticed I was sweating, and they said they would get me another room. I told them I’d be gone all day for the festival, and they said it’d be fine. When I came to get the keys, they said they sold the room already and was completely booked. How does that even make sense? Aware that a room is needed due to a faulty system, and you sell it anyway? I melted everyday. The temp of my room by 10 pm was 30-31 C. They don’t even do that to zoo animals. Absolutely unacceptable. Very rude older man at reception too. He clearly didn’t give af. Don’t risk roasting to death here when there are so many nice cheap hotels around. Ridiculous.

Good hotel with a good breakfast, the heater wasn’t working very well for the cold that was that day, but overall good

The bed was clean, cosy, and inviting, offering a comfortable place to unwind after long days. Sleeping arrangements were clearly well taken care of, contributing to a restful experience. The room met expectations in both comfort and cleanliness. Facilities were in good working order and caused no issues. As a whole, the stay was pleasant and free of hassle.

Amazing location, stuff and facility. Only downside is the lack of amenities.
