The location is amazing and the hotel design is really pretty. Service is excellent, staffs are all willing to help. However there were a few times took me awhile to get in touch with operator. Overall, really recommend!

We had 2 rooms. One room was 2 single beds and another room was king bed. Beautiful design of the hallway, rooms and restaurant. Highly recommend to travellers.

The Kou Hotel boasts an excellent location, with spacious and clean rooms, complete amenities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast is rich and varied. It offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure travel. Definitely worth staying again.

Everything was great. The bathroom was separate and the room was beautiful with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and the service was excellent. Check in and check out were a bit slow. 2 pm still can’t check in, well fair the hotel said that their check in time is 3pm, but even after 5pm the hotel still hasn’t emailed me if I can check in already

Excellent stay! The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming, and all the employees were enthusiastic. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and à la carte options were available. Everything was great. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities; it was definitely the most comfortable two nights we had during our entire trip to Europe. The location is perfect, right across from the opera house, and there's an M1 metro station right outside, making it super easy to connect to all kinds of public transportation. The reception staff were very friendly; we had a nice long chat during check-in. All in all, highly recommended.
