Prime Stay Budapest

Writing a review for the second time because we extended our stay for another night. Everything was wonderful.

Thanks to Trip.com for helping me find such a great hotel! My stay at the hotel was incredibly comfortable. The beds were comfy, and it was super clean. You could request cleaning as many times as you needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, and new plumbing. You could cook your own meals, go to the restaurant downstairs, or order room service. The bathroom was convenient and clean, with both a bathtub and a shower, so you could pick what you preferred. I especially want to commend the hotel administration. A huge thank you to them for their attentiveness, or rather, their genuine care. They genuinely help you, provide tips on navigating the city, suggest the best transportation, and speak excellent English! Everyone was so lovely and friendly!

Good apartments in a great location, but I would have liked the microwave, windows, and insides of the wardrobes to be clean upon check-in.

For one night, yes. But for a longer stay, only a really attractive low price would convince me, because otherwise, everything looks pretty tired. The sofa is saggy. There's a kettle and an iron, which is really great. Complimentary water is also a nice touch. There's also luggage storage, which we used.

The room was very spacious, with a balcony, clean and tidy. The only downside was the chandelier without a cover and the slightly unusual door, but otherwise, very good. Recommended!

My stay this time was rather disappointing. The attitude of both the front desk and housekeeping staff was quite cold, lacking basic warmth and a willingness to help. Additionally, the location is quite far from major attractions and public transportation, making getting around rather inconvenient. Traveling back and forth to the city center was quite exhausting. Overall, the value for money is low, and I would not consider staying here again in the future.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and came with every amenity imaginable, from a washing machine to an iron.
