amzing staff who speaks Korean clean facilities water machine

Beautiful, centrally located place. Friendly, helpful and effectively operating staff. Breakfast is rich as usual in Hilton. Thanks a lot, will be dreaming to come again.

That was a really good stay. Very polite reception and kind service.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and an attached shower. Personally, I would’ve rather of had a proper shower as it was a bit tricky for me to stand in the bath and wash my hair, but having said that it was fine. We had an issue with one of the bedside lamps on the first day and reported it to reception. It still hasn’t been fixed the next day so we reported it again. By this time the second bedside lamp had given up to and again we reported it. This time it was fixed promptly. I guess it just depends on which staff are on reception. The other issue we had was that we were not left tea and coffee and milk replacements for two people so having to ask for them was a bit of a pain, especially at night. The hotel was in a good location and we would stay again. 

Location is good. Near Metro Station and other public transport. Not too far away to go to tourist spots like Parliement House.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, and the location was excellent. The room was very comfortable, and I appreciated the provided coffee and tea. The only minor downside was that amenities like a dental kit and flip-flops had to be requested from the reception, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a wonderful experience! 4.5/5

Great hotel Clean  Good location

Location is perfect - can’t find a better location than this as a tourist. Breakfast was amazing too. Rooms are little on the smaller side - even for only two people in the room.

This was the last stay of our Christmas markets engagement vacation! The staff welcomed us very kindly and tended to our room with a lot of care. We ordered room service and though pricey (as everything in Budapest) it was worth the charge. The breakfast was basic but had all the necessities plus a live station for eggs, which they catered for dietary requirements and requests. The lady at the front desk was very kind and arranged all our taxi bookings for the airport. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you Hilton!

The location is near to many attractions. I didn’t try the breakfast, room was good and i think will be back soon 👍

Everything was very good

Location was great and good value for money. Carpet was slightly dirty though.

Better than the picture on the internet. A modern hotel , the room were new, bright and clean. But the bathroom had a very bad smell coming from the shower’s sewer.
