The cleanliness was not 100% ok, I found the trash can unchanged. They did not have water in the room, I recommended to the reception that there should be 1l of water for free. There was none in the minibar. I was told that I could get it from the reception. I said that water is not a topic of discussion, it is common sense to have it. The staff is kind but not a decision-making factor.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in Budapest. The Hotel was perfectly located for all my exploring. The breakfast supplied was sufficient and a great view from their restaurant. My only criticism was the bathroom sink. It was so shallow in depth, it was very hard to wash without causing a flood.

It's a hotel worth to staying in. The restaurant is good and the breakfast is very attentive. But I regret that I didn’t experience the lounge because I didn’t have time.

The hotel's location is quite good, but you need to get to the main attractions. It's conveniently located near the main metro station. The safe in the room isn't very convenient, and there's no bathrobe, slippers, or water. The room is clean, spacious, and the design is excellent. The bed linens and towels are new. Excellent breakfasts are available in the restaurant on the 7th floor, which has a stunning view.
