The front desk lady had a terrible attitude. I arrived at 11:30 and couldn't check in, which I understood. I went out for a walk and tried again at 2:30 PM, but still couldn't check in. At the same time, other foreigners were checking in. The front desk said all the foreigners had paid – this reason is laughable. The room was old, small, the internet was bad, and there was a strange smell in the lobby. There's nothing around and it's inconvenient. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, no exceptions.

1. The check-in experience was poor; the room wasn't ready even by 3 PM. 2. The room's soundproofing was bad; I could hear conversations and activities from next door. 3. Breakfast was decent, and the price wasn't too high.

The hotel is showing its age, and unfortunately, it's quite noticeable. The carpets in the rooms are a bit worn, and the furniture is scratched, with some cabinets even difficult to open. The front desk staff was very helpful, but due to high occupancy, there was a rush for tables in the dining hall. My wife was unfortunately a victim of this, as another guest aggressively claimed a table, stating they had left their phone there earlier. Disappointingly, the staff didn't intervene or mediate as I would have expected. Furthermore, the hotel had torn towels, which I find unacceptable for a 4-star establishment.

The room was nice, and the pool was great too, even equipped with a spinner for swimsuits. The pool was 1.8 meters deep and the water temperature was perfect. Breakfast was relatively plentiful, and there were plenty of coffee machines.

We booked through Trip.com and had no issues checking in upon arrival. The on-site facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is really substantial, and there's absolutely nothing negative to say about the pools and spa. The hotel itself was very clean. We had an excellent stay.

The hotel is pretty good, and the breakfast is decent. The heating in the room works well too. It has that vibe of an older domestic hotel. You can get to the city center and tourist attractions directly by taking the H5 light rail, which only takes about ten minutes.
