The environment is quiet and clean, with a full set of kitchen utensils and a stove, plus a microwave. There's also a balcony, and it's close to a large shopping mall.

The cleanliness was just okay. On the first day, I found a stained towel. The hotel is a bit far from the subway, about a 10 to 15-minute walk. The area around the hotel is quiet and a little secluded, but the security seems fine. On the plus side, the hotel room has a washing machine, which is very convenient, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

Our second visit after moving to different countries. Receptionist was also very helpful and friendly, will definitely return. This time our room comes with washer cum dryer.

While the location was convenient, this hotel did not deserve four or five stars as advertised. The staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby is small and not very clean. The couches are cloth and grubby and old, there is one old lift for the whole building. But the biggest issue was breakfast. It was very poor.even the coffee was poor. Cold scrambled eggs, watery cordial for juice, etc. I definitely wouldn't recommend adding a breakfast option to your stay. This shoild be offered as a two star hotel and then travellers would not be disappointed.

The hotel is really good and positively surprised us! The breakfast is excellent and super diverse, it's almost like a lunch with so many options beyond the traditional breakfast items, great for starting the day well. The room is quite spacious and you can cook in it; the fridge is great and large (not one of those tiny mini-fridges, it holds a lot). To top it off, the location is excellent. We really liked it!

This isn't a bad hotel, but it definitely needs a cosmetic renovation. It doesn't quite live up to a 4-star rating. Our room didn't have a kettle. After asking twice, they finally brought one. The location isn't bad. It's not central, but the metro is just a five-minute walk away. There are many restaurants nearby and a large supermarket with an excellent market on the -1 floor. The elevator is a separate horror story at this hotel. It's constantly busy, especially in the mornings. It can't handle the number of guests, and the housekeepers use it a lot in the mornings. There's on-site parking available for 20 euros a day!

Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious, complete with a kitchen and two bedrooms. They also have their own parking garage, and the breakfast is quite good. I was pleasantly surprised to find Chinese children's books in the restaurant!

-Room big space, well wormed, big windows, balcony ( for smokin- very clean.) - kitchen equipped . - good simple breakfast, good coffee. -The stuff is kind and helpful. - The location is five minutes from the subway station, 10 minutes from the city centre by metro. By foot three km.35 minutes walk. - near A big mall, coffee shops, backers and restaurants. I will definitely return back and advise my friends...

I've stayed here many times. It's very convenient, close to the Koven business district, and comes with a kitchen and washing machine.

Overall, it's pretty good. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

I love breakfast and the room!! Good location Little bit old but it's not matter to stay Hair dryer is too small so if you have ling hair, better to bring yours!

It was okay, but some details weren't great. The elevator was also a bit slow at times. At least there was heating, but no slippers. The check-out time was quite early too.

The room environment is great and basically meets the requirements for business travel.
