I have stayed several times at this wonderful hotel. It is a hidden gem: close enough to the stupa to enjoy but not so close that you get the noise. The staff is friendly and efficient, the breakfast good and the beautiful garden a oasis of calm. My favorite hotel in Kathmandu

Everyone was extremely hospital and extremely accomodating. The went out of their way to see to all our needs. They even let us check out later due to our later flight. make our stay delightful. Food was excellent. The view from the rooftop was magnificent 👌 😋 👍 👏 🙌 😀

Whilst the location and rooms are terrific, the service was absolutely awful. We went to the bar to have some coffee and got no acknowledgment of any sort from any of the waiters for 15 minutes and only after complaining did we get served. Dinner was late by an hour and again only hit served after complaining. Either the staff haven’t been trained to standard or the management is so weak that they can’t see the indifference the staff are showing their guests

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, its located just inside the main square. Room was comfortable and clean. The focal point of the property is its view of the durbar square from the rooftop. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The room is generally hygienic and can be wiped clean with a layer of dust. The attitudes of hotel service staff are polarized, some are pretty good, some have very bad and arrogant attitudes, and the hotel staff's English proficiency is average. The food here is not very tasty and not worthy of the price. The location is very good, you can watch the sunrise directly.
