Good customer service very neat and clean property

The price-performance ratio is good, the room is not small, there is a business nearby which is more convenient, there is an elevator, there is a one-way street at the door, there is a large yard where you can park your car for 5 euros a day, you can stay here when you go to Kotor, it only takes half an hour to drive there, overall recommend

The hotel management is standardized and tidy, and the handsome boss is very nice. He checked in early and was upgraded to a balcony room on the top floor for free. Budva has a unique scenery in winter. From the balcony, you can see snow-capped mountains and green pines, and the bright moon in the sky. The business of staying in the hotel is booming🌹🌹

A clean and tidy room, a quiet and undisturbed environment, a fresh and delicious breakfast, and a handsome and considerate owner make it a perfect stay. If there is another chance to come to Budva, I will definitely choose Ljubanovic again.

This is a hotel with good service! I arrived at 11:00 noon, and they let me check in early, saying that it was empty anyway. It's not like most hotels deliberately wait until the hour to check in.

The experience in this hotel was very good and we were very satisfied. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.The Villa is located at the very center of the city so it’s close to a lot of tourists extraction. I suggest it to anyone who goes on vacation to Budva. Thank you

The staff is very kind, my experience is 10/10. I recommend Villa Ljubanović, and also their restaurant Zeleni Gaj. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The Villa is located at the very center of the city so it’s close to a lot of tourists extraction. It’s a great place for some peace and quite, the internet is really fast. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Budva definitely come here!

This was a great location and easily within walking distance of the old town, restaurants and bars . The host Igor was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating . Needless to say I had a great stay !

Great stay at Villa Ljubanovic. Located on perfect place, close to the everything. Room was clean, host very fiendly. Recommend this place.

Igor’s place is just like on pictures. Great family villa with multiple units. Located in super central area where sea and old town are reachable by foot just in minutes and still in nice and cozy neighborhood. Igor and villa staff give us very warm welcome. Communication and check in were super smooth. Great panoramic elevator will bring you at your floor just in seconds. Our room was super clean and fresh, also had a breathtaking view on the sea and Sv. Nicola island. Wifi was perfect for video confence and surfing. Room has it’s own dedicated working space. I highly recommend this accomodation for any short or mid term rental.
