San Marcos Motel

SAN Marcos Motel was a great place to spend our night. The room was a good size even with the king sized bed. The room had a small refrigerator with a separate freezer. There was an area to hang clothes and to stow the luggage. There was also a separate single chair for relaxing and a desk wit a chair which was great place to use the laptop. The bathroom had a toilet, a single sink and an enclosed shower. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the loud highway and bars. Very peaceful. Will look at this place to rent on our next trip

It's an old little property that could use a bit of a touch-up, but it was clean, very conveniently located, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The main reason for the great review was the cost/quality ratio. For what we paid it was a great experience. The hotel was very quiet and the room was homey. There was a fridge, a microwave, and a TV with cable and internet access. (more than some expensive hotels!) Would stay here again if in the area.

Room was clean and cozy. The room was nice size and th most affortable in the area. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. If im ever in the area will stay again.

Internet was good but no room coffee. A work truck left early about 4:30 AM. Manager is always nice. Heater is a bit confusing and outdated and could warm better.

Room was clean, check in and out was easy and property management was friendly. Very comfortable stay.

Check in was a great and smooth experience. The guy checking me in was really kind. And he told me everything I needed to know, how to reach him, WiFi password and details on the room and check out. There was also communication via text hours prior to check in. Everything was clean and put together in the room as well. The only issue I had a little bit was handling the lock on the door. I had a hard time locking it from the outside, so I locked from the inside and closed the door to lock it.
