The hotel manager was rude I asked for a bath bench and a xtra pillow early evening she said that they don't have it and then told me to go home worst experience ever I called the corporate office and filled a report they don't accommodate handicapped awful

I booked this hotel because it was close to my company on a business trip.
I liked both the facilities and cleanliness for the price.
Next time I have a business trip, I will use it again.. haha

The team at Fairfield Inn & Suites was awesome. Check in was quick. Breakfast was satisfactory and the front desk folks were kind and responsive to our needs/request. Used the fitness center which had all equipment in working order. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay just for one night, and we could not sleep at all. The minibar was making noise every two hours (like if it was making ice cubes), we could not disconnect it. Then they have this blue light from the climate control, that cannot be turn off and does not let the room to be really dark. At 9:00 AM the cleaning services knocking the door when check out is at noon. We were not lucky with this hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was like sleeping on a rock way to firm, the television extremely small. I believe it’s just a dated hotel but the staff extremely friendly.
