B2 Bueng Kan Boutique & Budget Hotel

The hotel is new, clean, and near the Meakhong River. Its staff are very friendly and serviceable.

Seems like a newly opened hotel.. As the name goes, amenities are fairly budgeted and common. Only one staff member is capable of communicating in English fairly hence it’s quite a challenge to communicate with the rest of the staff members. Nevertheless the service is reasonably good and the hotel is clean and it’s located in a good location.

Arrived at the hotel and the manager would not allow me or friend to check in with out passport. Thai ID apparently insufficient. Then they would not through with the refund when it was they that refused our custom. No problems at any other hotels and even tried advising the manager that he wasn't an immigration officer he didn't care. Apparently policy.

Good location and staff very informative and polite but the amenities not have dryer as mentioned

Clean and convenient. Bed is so comfortable. Had a good night rest there.

A good bed, a clean toilet and shower, employee’s always smiling and my car wel guarded tru the night. For a good price, didn’t liked the breakfast skip it!

a fairly new hotel, with car parkings, next to highway and shopping facilities(Makro and Lotus) and walking distance to bus station and river side and bars street..my room waa good with everything in order , however, the room my mate stay found bed bugs, can't sleep on the first night. we inform the front desk aboit this, the problem was resolved on the second night in general the stay is good except the issue of bed bugs, perhaps the hotel should do more on this ...

The room was disgusting. The floor was dirty and the bathroom floor was covered with hair. The staff offered a room change but the second room was even in a worse condition. The wall was super thin I could hear everything happening in the next room from their conversation to even the sound of them plugging in their phones. Will definitely not be staying there ever again.
