Overall, it was very good, with excellent hygiene and service. The location is also in a very safe downtown area. The room size was basically sufficient. They provided different types of pillows, and the shower water pressure was very good. We even checked out late. The downsides: don't expect too much city view (it's not great), some facilities are a bit old (such as the air conditioner panel and cabinet doors), and the breakfast selection was limited (although the fruit was very good).

A stopover on the way to Antarctica. Environment: Located in an upscale neighborhood, similar to New York's Upper East Side. Therefore, the streets and security are excellent. Service: Professional, attentive, and impeccable. The breakfast selection was quite varied, with some à la carte and some buffet options. All items were complimentary. Value for Money: The price is slightly higher than the InterContinental and Marriott. However, you truly get what you pay for. The entire hotel has an old-money feel, both in service and facilities.

Superb hotel and excellent value for money. The hotel is certainly one of the most charming 5-star hotels in Buenos Aires, ideally located in a very pleasant neighborhood. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, who were efficient and very attentive. The services are up to standard for this type of establishment. However, the hotel could still improve the bathroom amenities (shower soap was difficult to use, but this was probably a temporary malfunction; bathrobes and toiletries/bath kits, etc.), which are fine but not up to what one would expect for a suite in such a hotel.

The location is excellent, and the rooms offer great value for money.

The service was excellent and the travel was convenient.
