Esplendor by Wyndham Buenos Aires Plaza Francia

I ran into a little trouble when the reception did not have enough cash for change. Reflection of the country's propensity to not hold much cash still. Limited amenities for the price, although it is a cute boutique hotel that is very nicely located.

Very good

The air conditioning blows hot air. For 3 days I seeked their assistance and nothing was done! There is no avenue for refund or service recovery. Terrible service and very irresponsive staffs! Not recommended for Business Travellers who requires comfortable and adequate rest!

The property is very well located, great breakfast, great staff, clean, the room was great as well

The hotel did not air conditioning. The rooms and elevator are tiny, unclean, and dark. The shower, bed sheets, and room in general had not been cleaned. I dint recommend. The staff, Diego (who apologized for the lack of AC) and Juan Manuel (who gave us a fan so we could sleep) were polite and did their best, but the infrastructure was not there. Do not recommend!

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Can’t complain. Would stay there again.

Very nice continental breakfast with eggs, some cereal, fruit, juices, coffee. Great service by the waitress.

The property was in a beautiful location close to the Recoleta Cemetery. Very clean and secure. Staff were very helpful
