Principado Downtown Reviews

This was my second stay in a week. This one was different from last one as I got a horrible room with old amenities and again I had to face an arrogant young receptionist. The rest was okay. So this time I only give 3 star.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Especially the kitchen staff, such as Gisel, Claudia, Brandon, Maria, and Marin. They made every breakfast very fun and enjoyable during our two-week stay.

Accessible and nearby to Florida Street. Nice modern rooms. Value for money.

A practical hotel for basic needs in a great location.

Location was excellent, walking distance to many tourist sites nearby. Also to many good restaurants. Breakfast was a small but sufficient spread - toast, pastries, fruits, cereal, eggs etc. Room is small, walls are thin so can hear walking by guests and doors closing. But kept clean and bed is comfy with good strong water power.

Breakfast wasn't varied and the bread wasn't very good. The room was clean, but the carpets in the common areas needed cleaning. The towels should be a bit newer.

The window faces the courtyard, and the noise from other rooms, including talking and the smell of smoke, woke me up in the early morning.

The hotel is located near a pedestrian street with many restaurants, offering opportunities for tourists to explore. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. The only drawbacks were the clunky door locks and the rather narrow elevator.

The location is very convenient, and it's within walking distance of the main street or Place de Mayo, less than a 10-minute walk. The surrounding area is safe, and there are restaurants and gift shops nearby.

The hotel is very well located, you can reach a lot on foot or go to the nearest bus station. The area also seemed quite safe. The breakfast room was often very full and hectic, also because it wasn't that big. We always managed to get a seat anyway.

I stayed at the hotel on the recommendation of friends. Everything is fine. The only thing was that there was not enough space at breakfast - once there was nowhere to sit, the tables were not cleared on time, there were no clean dishes, you had to go ask. There were fruits, eggs, and the standard set for sandwiches. The reception staff were pleasant and helped us hail a taxi on the street.

The hotel environment is very good. It is near the pedestrian street in the city center. It is also very quiet and has good wifi. The staff are very friendly and can store luggage. Breakfast is relatively simple.

The room is not big and the location is good
