Very good hospitality, near to attraction places especiall san telmo market

Very bad experience. I stayed at this hotel before and had a wonderful experience. However, this time was completely different. I booked a standard room (last time I was in kind of a suite - but as it was big this time I chose standard room), which looked nice on the website. But when I arrived, the room was nothing like the photos. Not inviting at all. The wall where I sleep were dirty, and although I mentioned it to the staff and asked them to clean, they said they will handle it but nothing was done. The safe box was locked when I entered the room, I couldn’t open it. The room telephone was also out of order, I couldn’t call the reception, so I went to the reception to request assistance—they promised to send someone to fix the safe, but no one showed up. I stay in room 211, and I am extremely disappointed with this stay.  The breakfast - excellent

The room was not far from a Disco with non-stop music playing until 4:00am. I called receptionist and asked for earplug but was not available,After complaining, we were moved to another room which was more quiet. We stay in this hotel for 4 nights and had to re-activate our hotel card everyday (after it failed to open the door). Breakfast was definitely not the standard for 5 stars hotel.

The location is absolutely good. Just talk a 3- minute walk to the Casa Rosada. 1 min walk to the metro entrance. Numerous buses routes are nearby. Sightseeing places are in walkable distances. The breakfast is really good too. Many different choices of food. Fruits, bakery, vegetables, beverages…etc.

Inside the room is so old and outdated, towels are full of stains, room is dark and gloomy like ******* house, no place to open 2 baggages!

The only satisfactory aspect was the good location. I stayed for eight days, and the breakfast remained unchanged, exactly the same, with only slight variations in the desserts. They wouldn't proactively provide water in the room unless you pointed it out. The most unsatisfactory thing was that they secretly deducted money from my credit card after check-out without any notification! I've been trying to get a bill for several days now, and still haven't received it! This is the most unsatisfactory hotel I've ever stayed in!

Attentive and helpful staff. Excellent hotel. Excellent location with the possibility of getting around easily, it is also very close to the pink house and a building from before the Second World War and a very beautiful church.

service breakfast was okay The location was right next to May Plaza, so it was good to go around. However, it was difficult to find due to the small entrance and lack of signage.

The room is a bit old

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is wonderful.

在布宜諾思埃利斯搞活動，但是沒有預計到酒店這麼成舊，挨着五月廣場，位置可以，早餐牛角麪包也不錯，應該是阿根廷一大特色。房間裏的免費玻璃瓶裝水，每天都看運氣，時而有時而無，晚上幫同事去前台去要免費瓶水，結果小夥子服務態度太差，各種無視，讓去找酒水吧枱，酒水吧枱又説沒有免費水，拿了兩瓶瓶裝水記在了房間裏，懶得跟他們辯。至於早餐，有兩次我都跟服務員説要煎雞蛋，兩次都是是超過半小時沒上來，連續兩天都這個情況。我早上都有工作，沒時間等下去，不知道是不是對我們中國人不太友好。反正以後不會再住了。也不推薦。

Todo perfecto, el hotel un lujo. Lo único que menciono es que el jabón de la ducha era completamente inservible, así como el shampoo y acondicionador. Por último, el menú decía que había algunas comidas 24h pero no fue así. El resto, un lujo, seguramente volvamos.
