Staff was excellent and helpful. Location was close enough to downtown Buffalo. Shuttle was extremely helpful in getting around town.

Wonderful room at good location

I used to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in the city center when I came to Buffalo. This time I wanted to try a different hotel. After searching around, I found that this hotel is also called the Garden Hotel. It is not far from the Hilton Garden Hotel where I used to stay. I thought that since they are all Garden Hotels and are in the city center, the prices are similar, and the services and other aspects should be similar, so I chose this hotel. However, I found out after checking in that this hotel is far inferior to the Hilton Garden Hotel. The accommodation experience is too bad and very disappointing. The most intuitive feeling is that the hygiene is not guaranteed, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and there is a sweaty smell. The second is the poor service attitude towards Chinese people and racial discrimination. The main manifestation is that they greet other ethnic groups warmly and ignore Chinese people. Especially when I was having breakfast, someone opened the lid of the dining pool before I picked up the meal and did not close it. When I picked up the meal, a black waitress in the restaurant came up and asked me if I knew English. At this time, two white people passed by and found it funny. They smiled at me kindly. I said: This is too funny. Seeing that I had a tough attitude, fluent English, and spoke rationally, the black waiter never dared to make trouble again. In short, when choosing this hotel, avoid pitfalls.

The room was okay, the bedding was good, but I came late and left early, and didn't see the garden. The service attitude is good, but foreigners are as slow as ever. There is a simple breakfast.
