Thrilled to find out that the places that I want to visit are well within walking distance as we get to also explore how the city is. I had to check out early and they were helpful in offering assistance. would like to come back again given how near and easy to get to the places around :)

This is a B&B-style boutique hotel. The family who runs it is super nice and attentive to my needs. They even invited me to have lunch with them when I arrived around lunchtime.. hungry and not wanting to go out because of the heat. The location is just 5-7 minutes walk away from major tourist attractions. The room I was given is by far the best one on my Uzbekistan trip.. and it even comes with a bathtub. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Ansi Boutique W&S Terrace in Buxoro! Everything was superb-the rooms, the service, and the atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short walk from the city’s main attractions, making it super convenient for exploring. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean room and shower. Beautiful terrace. Great breakfast. Only issue was that they only give one key card per room.

Good location and very clean

This hotel is divided into two parts, two courtyard buildings. It is best to stay in the outer part. The first night I stayed in the inner part, and the air conditioning was too bad. The next day I asked to be moved to the quiet outer part. If you make a request, they will initially give you a bad one. The breakfast is enough.

The breakfast wasn't a buffet, but rather individual portions, which was very luxurious and nice. You're supposed to need a Registratsiya (proof of residence) at the airport, but if you request one at check-out, they'll send it to you later via WhatsApp. Isn't it appropriate for a hotel that caters to foreigners if it's not readily available? As mentioned in other reviews, there's no free drinking water or bottled water.

I stayed for two nights, and the retro, homey atmosphere was just as pictured, and I was satisfied with the price. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast area on the fourth floor had an open, airy feel. It's also a good base for sightseeing, as it's about a five-minute walk from the Rabbi House. While I didn't encounter any danger, the hotel's location in the Old Town, down a narrow alley, means it gets dark and quiet after dark, so if you're concerned, please be aware of this. Others have mentioned that taxis can't come to the front of the hotel, but I specified the location on Yandex Go and they came right up to the front of the hotel. (It was around 2 AM, so there may be traffic restrictions, such as daytime restrictions.) Also, since I was leaving late at night, they said they'd deliver a lunch box the night before, but they didn't. While the hotel has the charm of a family-run, homey atmosphere, it seemed like the owner handled all customer service alone, so I guess you could forgive any minor imperfections.

I was able to ask for a shuttle. Everyone is really like family and very warm. There is a lot of breakfast prepared, which is always a surprise. There are also cold bottles in the refrigerator so you can drink as much as you like. There is a courtyard, but it's a shame that you can't see the view outside. I will stay here again next time, no matter how great the hotel is!

It's very convenient because it's close to the tourist spot of Bukhara, Nadir Divanbegi Madrasah. (Although the location was a little difficult to find at first.) I asked for a paid laundry service, and they handled it very politely and I was very satisfied. The breakfast is very delicious, and they serve Uzbek food.

They took us to the hotel next door, but the facilities were poor and the water was cold. The location was convenient, but it was hard to get a taxi, the roads were narrow, and it was hard to find the location.

Overall, there were no issues and I had a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the shower temperature was low. It would be fine in the summer, but it would be cold in the winter.
