Located right at the entrance of the Old Town, the hotel boasts an excellent and convenient location. It's a very stylish hotel with spacious rooms and great facilities. Breakfast is tailored to each room, and the dining environment is absolutely beautiful. The entire hotel's decor has a really distinctive vibe. I heard it's even on the cultural heritage list, highly recommended!

Great 3 nights stay at the lovely Alexia Suite Unesco heritage list hotel. Really convenient and inside the old town but not too close of the busy area so really peaceful hotel. The young reception guy is really smiling and helpful. The terrace is really appreciable where you can read and enjoy the freshness of the morning or evening. Our room 102 next to the lift (not noisy) is really spacious with twin beds and sofa, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with shower and bathtub (no amenities as it is an eco-responsible hotel with no plastic usage).

This was the best hotel of the trip. All the staff were wonderful and I had a very pleasant stay. It's close to the old town and very convenient. The restaurant is a World Heritage Site and was beautifully decorated. There were two one-seater sofas in the room. There is also a bathtub so you can soothe your fatigue. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bukhara. I'd like to stay here again someday. Thank you very much ♪

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Bukhara. All the sights and the most delicious places are within easy reach. Excellent breakfast, new renovation, friendly staff. The only problem was with the TV, which did not want to connect to WiFi. We highly recommend it.

The hotel front desk staff didn't speak English very well (except for the manager on the morning shift). On the morning of the first day after I arrived, I paid USD 15 to the front desk manager to arrange a car to take me to the train station on the day of my departure (04:15 in the morning), but in the end, no car was arranged for me. The room is big, bright and clean, but the shower is only on the ceiling, which is not ideal. The restaurant staff is attentive and friendly, remembering guests' needs
