Hotel Caravansaray Rashid in Bukhara

Walking through the door felt like stepping into a movie. The room's facilities were brand new. Although not large, it featured multi-layered wooden cabinets, making it very convenient to store belongings. The bathroom was also perfectly suited to my habits. The host was incredibly thoughtful and spoke excellent English. Conversing with them allowed me to learn more about the local culture. The night shift attendant was also exceptionally kind, always ready to assist and even advised me on the best breakfast combinations. On my departure day, I had an early morning train, and the hotel packed a generous breakfast for me. Around 6 AM, the attendant even made me a coffee and waited with me for the taxi, carefully explaining my destination to the driver. Truly heartwarming service. I absolutely love the city of Bukhara.

The room wasn't very big, but its location was superb. Just a left turn from the door led to the market and the square where the Afanti statue is located. The room had two secure doors. The manager also showed us the restaurant they were renovating; breakfast is now served outdoors. He gave us a tour of the second floor and explained the hotel's history. His English was quite good; he had 15 years of experience in hotel management and had been here since last September. He mentioned that during peak season, the place is very lively with singing and dancing. During the off-season, there were many empty rooms. Since our train was in the early morning, he told us to check in and go out, leaving our luggage in the room. We could stay until we left for the train station, and just return the room key before leaving. A fantastic manager! Thumbs up for this hotel!

The location is excellent, right in the old town, and easy to find on the main road. It's a restored historical site. The front desk staff were very attentive; I arrived a few hours later than scheduled, and the hotel even messaged me to contact them if I encountered any problems. I finally arrived and checked in late at night, and the young man at the front desk immediately showed me to my room without even taking my money. Everything was brand new, and the room was very clean and tidy. Because it was the off-season, there seemed to be no other guests, and they gave me a huge table of food for breakfast the next day, including freshly made fried eggs and sausages. After breakfast, I was about to go out for a stroll when I went to the front desk to pay. The owner even said that I could check out at any time and gave me directions at the door. It was really kind of them! I rarely write reviews, but I sincerely recommend this hotel. It's only been open for three months, and it deserves to be known by more people!

Everything about this hotel—the exterior, the courtyard, and the rooms—is wonderful. The location is also superb. We enjoyed breakfast in a beautiful dining room. The owner is extremely kind. This hotel has made my memories of Bukhara even more wonderful. I am grateful to the hotel.

My mom and I vacationed here. We really enjoyed the hotel; it's interesting and a landmark in itself. It's right in the heart of the old town, conveniently located for a pleasant stroll. We were greeted warmly, and the staff was very polite and welcoming. We wrote in advance and confirmed our room preferences for a comfortable stay. The rooms aren't very large, but they're cozy, and their historical significance explains everything. The only thing I'd miss is a small refrigerator. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. I recommend it.
