Beautiful place. The room was clean. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was also a welcome drink.

Zaky is a very nice and helpful person. He helped me for anything during my stay, even if his English is not perfect he'll always try his best to exchange with you

The rooms smell nice and clean. Recommended for those who want to stop by in Bukittinggi

Nice hotel. Very big room. Got bath tub .. just walking distance to kopigo. U can have coffee at Very night late.

I just stay here for a night and unfortunately it was rainy in the morning, so i couldn't explore more outdoor activities. In overall, the location is quite good, i can see mountain view from my balcony window. Room space also big enough for me and my family. Receptionist and the team were very friendly too.

Stayed two night and was pleased with the room.

Pretty good and clean. strategic location. in the future will try ksbi again.

I lost my phone. When I called it, I realized I had left it in the room. The staff found it and promptly returned it to me. A big thank you to the staff for their honesty!

The room is disorganized, the mirror is corroded and dirty, and everything is outdated. In order to encourage guests to stay at your hotel, please refurbish the room.

already a good place
