The picture show not as we expected, the quality truly bad. A moment entering room feel like stay in closet, having bad small, fan near at bed also not having air conditioning. There are a white fungus around tiles in toilet. Truly bad experience also when want to cancel they won’t give refund. If want to stay in bukittinggi please do a walk in check in

A bit disappointed, Booked 2 rooms on the trip app but when checking in customer service informed that the booked room was empty and offered another room with an additional fee of 100 thousand, we could have refused but because it was already night with a heavy heart we agreed. The guesthouse is new so it is still clean but the facilities are not complete such as TV.
