The stay was quite disappointing. The room condition was old and poorly maintained. The towels provided were worn out, and the furniture looked outdated.
In terms of safety, the door did not feel secure as it was easy to open. Basic amenities were also lacking — there was no hot water and no iron provided.
I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and upgrade its facilities to ensure better comfort and safety for future guests.

This is probably my fifth stay at the Benteng Hotel. We first chose this place because of the reasonable price and its proximity to the fort and the zoo. It's also about a 10-minute walk to the Clock Tower. The service is friendly and clean. Parking is a bit tight, though. Breakfast is mediocre.
