Cresta Churchill Hotel

The place was clean and everyone was very welcoming. Breakfast was a 100/10. One of the best places for meetings or just staycation in Bulawayo .

Good service delivery. The waiters are excellent. The food is to die for ,cooked to perfection . I loved it. Will come back again

I could be "old school", but for me it's the "old architectural design" of the the hotel thats inviting me to stay there, the welcoming reception and waiting lobby with immaculate floors, complemented by a warm greeting from the stuff and super clean modern rooms, stuff greeting you with a warm smile, and always readily available to assist.

All is well but the cleaning staff noise at the rooms is not appreciated. Also we noticed left over hair in the bathrooms, shower was not completely covered. Pool area was not really clean. Reception and dining experience was excellent. As guests, we would appreciate a full Dstv and Netflix experience to be offered by the hotel.

Hotel is amazing and staff always there to help. The room was sparkling and I loved the big head shower was what I needed before going to bed.

The rooms are great, but the service is even better. The whole team gives attention. Food is excellent. They pay attention to the minutest detail. I have a lot of allergies and veryy few hotels meet my stringent requirements. This hotel, paid full attention to my requirements and prepared real meals for me!!!!!!!!!!
