The space was bright and spacious, with a sensible layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, and there were no strange odors. Every corner, under the bed, and the bathroom were immaculately clean – the housekeeping was truly top-notch. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just right, allowing me to relax quickly. The soundproofing was also very good; I slept soundly through the night without any disturbances, waking up refreshed. The room facilities were comprehensive, with plenty of hot water and high-quality toiletries. The air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling, and the Wi-Fi was fast, making it convenient for watching TV or using my phone. The service was also wonderfully warm and attentive. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, responding promptly to any requests and patiently helping to resolve any issues – very thorough and thoughtful. "The stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and bright, a standard villa, and very clean with no odor. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, making the stay safe and comfortable. When visiting scenic spots, Xiao Xiang, the housekeeper, could even help plan routes for free. Xiao Xiang handled everything perfectly. In the mornings, the swirling clouds create a truly ethereal, fairyland-like scene. The Tujia-style courtyard is elegantly serene, with flagstone paths and lush pond areas. Sitting there in the evening breeze, all my travel fatigue just melted away. The room's natural wood decor was warm and comfortable. The scenic window provided stunning mountain views by day and stargazing opportunities by night. The bathroom facilities were comprehensive. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they not only helped with my luggage but also recommended great tour routes. "As the reviews said (which is why I booked here), the welcome is warm and welcoming. You enter a radiant, bright, and beautifully designed little space. The friendly atmosphere and smiles quickly help you adapt and feel at ease. The airport pickup service is impeccable. We arrived a little earlier than our reservation, but we were still assigned a room with a view of the small village. The local breakfast made my beloved brother blush, as he wasn't expecting such exquisite taste. The service is very helpful and quick to help with any activities you might need; some even speak English. The hotel is also close to attractions like the 72 Tower and Tianmen Mountain, and the airport is almost a 10-20 minute taxi ride away. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back on my next trip."

"Excellent stay! The apartment is new, clean, and in an excellent location close to the bus station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The owners were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. They kindly allowed me to check out late at 3:15 PM without any extra charge. I felt very comfortable during my stay and highly recommend this place! One small suggestion: it would be great to provide a WeChat or WhatsApp number for faster communication, especially for foreign guests who don’t speak Chinese."

Compared with the downtown area in Wulingyuan, the proprietress also changes tricks to cook farm dishes with us every day. The family is surrounded by the heater. The room is very warm and decorated. Attentively The lady boss added some tips to our itinerary every day. Later, we pulled something and mailed it back to us. The driver introduced was also good and 100% satisfied!"
