"A gorgeous, beautiful, and authentic hotel where every detail has been meticulously thought out. I stayed for one night during peak season in the latter half of January 2026. ROOM: Located on the second floor, designed for four guests (two couples), featuring two large beds and a sofa. Amenities included a silent ceiling fan, ducted air conditioning, a refrigerator, and two 43-inch Panasonic TVs with USB ports but no YouTube. There's no electric kettle in the room, but electric thermos pots are available on the floor, along with unlimited tea, coffee, and snacks. Upon arrival, the room had four large bottles of water, plenty of fresh lemons, juice, and a non-alcoholic drink in the fridge. Street noise is audible in the room; to mitigate it, you need to close the bathroom windows. While not a cheap hotel, it's luxurious and in excellent condition. A stroll through its grounds and building offers genuine aesthetic pleasure. LOCATION: Not far from the old center of George Town. A taxi from the airport takes 50 minutes and costs 45-60 Ringgit."

"Good Feedback: The place is comfortable and suitable for tourists because it is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, making it easy for guests to visit different places during their stay. Areas for Improvement: It would be better to provide mirrors in every room, along with spoons, forks, and tissues for guests’ convenience. Additionally, installing more safety grills on the doors would help improve security and ensure guests feel safer during their stay."

Things to note / Cons: · Tourist tax applies (Penang state levy) · Parking may be full until late afternoon — because office workers park there during work hours; clears up after they leave. Not ideal if you arrive before evening. Verdict: A spacious and quiet option with convenient parking (once available) and free Netflix. Just be aware of the Penang tourist tax and potential daytime parking challenges. Best for travellers who can check-in later in the afternoon or evening."

"We decided on our overnight trip to Penang at the very last minute but still managed to secure this unit and check in on 29th Dec 2025, since it was impromptu, prices were not cheap. It was difficult to find good and reasonably priced accommodation just after Christmas before New Year. However, I must say this unit was a good find. Not cheap but reasonably priced due to high season but I must say that it was easy to book, check in and out, everything went smoothly. Communication via Whats App and Check in details were sufficient, did not have any difficulties in finding the place and parking was good. Location is excellent. This place is in Georgetown, we did do GRAB if we wanted to go to places which were difficult to find parking and the rest which were further we just drove to where we need to go. For dinner, the young adults walked back from Citadines Hotel area (happening place with hawker food round the corner and a shopping mall) and had a great time discovering new F & B outlets. The rest of the senior citizens of course, took a GRAB car and quickly got back to the unit to rest and had a nice cuppa tea before bedtime. The following morning, it was breakfast at Pulau Tikus market, nearby as well. Old hawkers are still around there, so food is good. There is a great Nyonya restaurant in that area as well though we could not go this time round as we ended up at Oceano Symphony. Another story to follow up if you are interested. Our family enjoyed our stay at the unit, decor was good and facilities were well-kept, clean and sufficient. The view is lovely (high floor) - do have a good seaview, stretches from Living room all the way to the Master Bedroom. Also you have 2 convenient shops downstairs in case you need to grab a sandwich or drinks."

"Hi. Thank you for hosting us. It was really a wonderful stay. I am especially surprised and warmed by your hospitality. I traveled with 4 young kids (all boys), my elderly mother and my wife. We don't commonly travel because it's always a concern to us, how to make time and space for everybody. But. This time, things are alright and it turned out to be a very smooth and comfortable stay. The place is spacious and just nice for all the 4 kids to roam. The view outside is astonishing and the unit is directly facing east. In the morning, I could actually catch a glimpse of the sunrise. It really makes me understand by sudden, why Penang is named as the jewel of the east. Ya. It was a perfect morning for me then. The room upstairs is specially designed for the kids with warm colours, clean bedsheets, blankets and soft pillows. It's so comfortable, and my kids refuse to leave the room. To my surprise, inside the drawer besides the bed, there are very nice story books for the young minds. Not to mention, the huge TV screen in front of the bed and an even bigger one, downstairs in the living hall.. Ya, there is always something for every different age.. btw, I brought along 2 young minds who are 3 and 5 years old, they had wonderful nights and sound sleep. Ya, it's for those traveling with very young ones, or even the old ones. Ya, the old speaker works really well (with the high ceiling of the living room), when playing a nice morning piano music in the early morning, it's so calm, clear and crisp, and looking out of the window and the vast blue sea. You can temporarily forget about the hassles of life. Thank you again. 👍 Thumbs up"

"A superb location,near shopping mall and super market.The house is well decorated and spacious.The bedroom is well kept and comfortable.We have wonderful 👍👍👍 experience of staying there."

"Everything is good, free parking provided, close to the mall and gurney bay, close to street food, reasonable price. Just one thing is missing, the bathroom is actually outside the room (but private), so have to really carefully dressed to walk there as some neighbors might see. Host is very good also. The lady that clean the room is so helpful also. Thank you."
