"On Trip the listings are not really as stated. For example: the TV in the room works haphazardly; the “luggage storage” requires a 20K fee per bag - regardless of size; and the “available parking” is also at a fee - 20k per night and then 5k every time you leave your bike during the day. I’ve travelled extensively in Vietnam and when these are listed, hotels don’t charge you for them. I would not have minded if they simply said there was a fee on the listing. However, what really put me off was the check in. On the site it says check in time is 10:30 - I knew I was going to arrive in the early morning so this was perfect. When I got to the hotel they told me, with a tone, to “come back at 14:00”. When I asked about the 10:30 check-in time on the site he told me “that's only when it’s possible” then swiftly left me there. Okay cool, most hotels have check-in at 14:00 anyways so I didn’t mind much. Came back way past 14:00 and they told me the room is still not ready. I was asked to wait 15mins minutes, but ended up having to wait for more than an hour. Once they said the room was ready they tried to give me one keycard - telling me there'd be an extra charge for two keys - but all other guests I saw were given two straight away. Once I pointed this out they gave me the extra card. At around 15:45 we were lead up to the room only to find out it was still being cleaned. The manager tried telling us to just go in while the poor auntie was still cleaning, and she'd clean the floor again after us. We were not going to make her clean twice so we waited and thanked the auntie after. After that, there was not much else that stood out. The rooms looked the same as the pictures on the site, it was well cleaned daily and the location was close to the beach and restaurants."

"In the 4-room villa we stayed in, it seemed like ants had built a nest in the largest room on the first floor, with hordes of ants near the head of the bed. Even after checking in, and the bellboy who helped with our luggage saw and confirmed it, he just sprayed some ant killer and left as if it was nothing. We barely used that room. The hotel shares its lobby with Wyndham Garden, but there's a separate counter across from it. Breakfast is also shared with Wyndham. Buggy service is operated separately from Wyndham and needs to be called via KakaoTalk, but the response is so slow that we often ended up walking. Once, I waited 25 minutes with my golf bag and ended up walking from the lobby to our beachfront villa, carrying a golf bag on each side. The price isn't much different from Wyndham, but it was incredibly inconvenient. Wyndham buggies frequently just drive off after asking for a room number. The outdoor pool on the first floor had no water, and only the rooftop pool was filled. The Wyndham Garden pool was under renovation, so only the infinity pool was available. I think they should address the ant problem first, and at least have someone permanently stationed at the buggy service and lobby counter. Alternatively, if the price difference were greater, it might be an option for value for money. This was my third visit to Nha Trang. If we visit Nha Trang again next time, we'll just opt for a 5-star hotel in the city center. It's quicker to get around without buggies, cleaner, has more good restaurants, and cheaper and better massage places seem more abundant. This is my experience after 4 days at Cam Ranh Villas!"

"Huge apartment building, extremely busy lobby and far too many people for us. This is not a hotel as such, so no phone in the room. The floor of our apartment was very dirty, we had to wear footwear all the time. The pool was very over crowded and an uninviting area with lots of screaming children. The location is right in the central heart of Nha Trang which is great if you like the hustle and bustle that comes with that type of location. The beach is right there and a huge selection of restaurants and shops are right on your doorstep."

"What you see in the pictures is the same as what you see in person. It is really beautiful and special. The space is large, the public space is comfortable, and each room is a suite with a lot of space. The most special thing is that there is a private theater with karaoke. It takes some effort to go up and down each space, which is inconvenient when traveling with the elderly. Overall, I am very satisfied."

"The villa is located on the hill opposite the Pearl Island Pier. A group of villas are being built around it. Sometimes it will be noisy in the morning and afternoon, and it will become a villa area in the future. It is condescending and has a wide view, and the sea breeze in the afternoon and evening is very comfortable. The swimming pool is good. Everyone, especially the children, play very high in it. The housekeeper can speak Chinese and communicate with each other without barriers. The service is very good. Breakfast is prepared every morning. Because there is a washing machine, the housekeeper can take the clothes to wash, which saves effort and effort. Peace of mind. In addition, you can also buy seafood or ingredients for cooking, and the kitchen supplies are complete. Overall it is good and highly recommended"
