"Best hotel ever! We are going to BlackPink in Chicago. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived in the morning and asked if early check-in was possible. They immediately checked for available rooms and quickly cleaned one for us so we could check in early. We truly appreciate everything they did for us — thank you all so much!"
