The hotel is only suitable for self-driving tours, on the side of the road. Downtown Burgos is approximately 6-8 km away. The hotel restaurant is good, with all kinds of Spanish tapas. In the evening, the people who come to eat are very lively. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was situated perfectly, just off the motorway' The room was excellent, comfortable and light. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, apart from being Barcelona supporters (Joking) The food was excellent in the cafeteria as was the main restaurant. Plenty of free parking I will definitely stay here again

Very comfortable beds and rooms, big restaurant and a lot of places to park. Near to the highway and the city. We ate”lechazo” for the first time and it was great. Higly reccomend for families, if you eat in the restaurant there is a inside park for children.

Over the past 10 years we have stayed at the Galeria on a number of occasions. It is ideally located for the final leg of our journey from Nerja to Santander and we have recommended it to many of our friends. Therefore our most recent stay at the beginning of November 23 was very disappointing. As before our room was very comfortable but slightly more Spartan. eg. No complimentary toiletries. The Cafe/Bar had gone downhill. The staff were less friendly and not helpful. We had to carry our plates of food and drink from the bar to our table and our favourite ‘No 3 Combinados’ was poor with inedible warmed up chips. The Menu del Dia Restaurant which should have opened at 20.30 was deserted. We sat for 15 mins without being served despite a number of staff walking through the restaurant which had been prepared for service. Overall not our usual enjoyable stay. Has something changed??

Great for a stopover on the way to the ferry. Beautifully decorated reception for Christmas. Easy to find using Google maps. Reception staff pleasant and efficient. Gorgeous room with fantastic shower. No coffee making in the room. There is a choice of café or restaurant. Neither serve evening food until 8.30pm. The cafe food was fine for the price. The café seemed the in place for the locals. The bed size was luxurious and comfortable although a little noisy at 3.30am because the sound travels due to laminate flooring. No problem though as I managed to go back to sleep. The breakfast was plentiful but not the tastiest or sufficiently warm enough (eggs and bacon). All in all a good place. We will return 😁

Located in an industrial area 10mins north of Burgos town with ample free parking. We utilised this hotel as our last night stopover before catching the early afternoon ferry from Santander. Easy access onto the main road network and just under 2hrs drive to the ferry port. Unfortunately the day of our visit was a public holiday in Spain so the hotel was brimming with guests in the in house restaurant and the reception guys were obviously not happy having to work from the lack of welcome and expressions on their faces. Never the less the room exceeded our expectations in view of the very good room rate. Good size and very clean room with very comfortable beds and everything you need in the bathroom. Good for a one night stopover before catching the ferry.

I booked this hotel as a stop over on my motorcycle tour of Europe. The place looked good, however its location is not the best as its based on an industrial park some way out of town. The room was clean but very noisy, the hot food at breakfast was cold & the underground parking had an additional charge for a free parking hotel 🙄 but I didn't feel comfortable leaving a motorbike outside overnight. The hotel is soulless, staff verging on being rude, it does however have a good bar!!!! All in all I wouldn't stop there again.......

Very well presented hotel. Helpful staff. Room very comfortable and clean. Restaurant and bar on site. A bit in the middle of nowhere. You must have a car. Hotel let down by no information at all in the room, not even the Wi-Fi code. I thought this was very poor considering this is business hotel.

Well located hotel, easy to find from the motorway. Lovely large rooms and large parking are for the car. Not too far from Santander for the ferry. Nice breakfast and lovely evening meal. Would recommend this as a place to visit.Staff we’re all very helpful and it was excellent value for money.

Nice and clean rooms! good beds. It has a restaurant and bar. The bar food is nothing special but you can eat reasonably well. We didn't have breakfast so we can't rate it. It is slightly out of the center, but close by car. Parking is good as it is large and is right in front of the hotel.

We stopped overnight on our way to catch the ferry at Santander from our home in Spain. Since our previous visit prior to the pandemic, they seem to have updated their rooms. The hotel’s location is not far from motorway junctions but it is situated in the middle of an industrial estate. Don’t let that put you off. Has a large car park with CCTV cameras, and our rooms both times overlooked it, so could see our car. The rooms are basic, functional and comfortable. The hotel’s secret weapon, and the reason why we chose it again is it’s A la Carte restaurant. It is set up to a high standard and the gentleman serving us was knowledgeable and attentive. We chose their tasting menu which came with a lovely bottle of wine. We started with local Morcilla and Chorizo, followed by shoulder of lamb cooked in their wood oven - wonderful. If we need an overnight stop again, shall definitely chose again. Anything longer than one night, think Salamanca, Toledo etc. The hotel is approx just over 2 hours to Santander.
