The hotel shuttle service is slow and its every 45 mins, the room and the location it ain that great for the money you pay for the toilet flush handle didn’t work so we had to cancel it and book another hotel if your are staying for few days in a hotel please book with another provider.

The room is nice, front desk is very helpful, coffee is available. However its a bit old looking there is some noise from outside airplanes occasionally. Decent budget option near SFO.

The pictures were a little deceptive about the bay view. But the room was clean and quiet.

Great location

It's right next to the airport, and the cleanliness is great, but the front desk staff are really rude. It's like I owe them a million dollars. Their attitude was terrible when I checked in. They didn't swipe the room card the first time, and I had to run a long way to the room but still couldn't get in, so I had to come back again.

It's so dilapidated, it looks nothing like the pictures. The bathroom is flooded.

The hotel was a temporary stop, but surprisingly nice. They had a free shuttle bus, and the service was excellent. The double room was on the second floor, with a lake view, and it was very comfortable. I captured a beautiful sunrise in the morning; it was stunning. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider staying here again for my next layover.

Very average. It was my first time ordering it, and I wasn't disappointed.

A good value for money motel, free bus provided in the morning!

I stayed there twice, and it was excellent. Paying a little extra to stay on the third floor would be even better.
