The hotel met our expectations as a family of three who were just arriving in Canada for a short overnight stay. The hotel facilities were quite new, and the service was excellent. The only slight drawback was that, in order to adjust to the time difference and rest as quickly as possible, we had requested a sofa bed to be set up. At check-in, the front desk specifically confirmed that it had been set up, but it wasn't. We had to wait for the staff to bring bedding twice before we could make our own bed, and by the time we fell asleep, it was quite late.

Came here for a big conference and not for accommodations. The facility space is great. Large meeting areas and spaces, friendly and helpful staff, delicious catering throughout the day. The location is conveniently close to the highway.

This hotel hosted our car club annual gathering. Very nice property that was well maintained and clean. Lots of parking room available for large vehicles. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities that you would normally need. I normally would complain if there wasn't any free coffee for guests in the morning, but there was a full sized pot in the kitchen! The room thermostat did not keep the room as cold as the display indicated, and it never got as cold as we wanted it to sleep at the lowest setting. But that was the only issue we experienced.

Waited 2 hours in line to check into the hotel. Woman at front desk who answered the phone was rude and not accommodating. Very disappointed for what we were charged and how we were treated.

Disappointed I arrived at the hotel at 5 PM, even though check-in was from 3 PM, only to be told that my room wasn’t ready yet. They gave me a different room, which was on the first floor facing the highway — not exactly the best location. When I returned late at night and tried to take a shower, only lukewarm water came out. The same thing happened the next morning. The room itself was very clean and even had a kitchen, which was nice, but unfortunately, the other issues made the overall experience disappointing.

Very bad experience as they have a huge empty space between the rooms in the ground floor and they use it almost 4 days a week to make dance competitions and very noisy events from 2:00 pm till 9:00 pm so literally you cannot work or sleep or have rest in your room in the hotel..it is a conference hall and not a room !!! And when complained they says the hotel is fully booked and will try to find less noisy room !! My idea about hotels is that you go there to rest work and have some quality time but this one no..in addition there is no safety aspect at all as the events are very crowded and they have direct access on the hotel rooms
