After finding dead bugs in my bed I was not refunded. The staff person at the time refused to lean over the bed to see what were clearly very tiny dead bugs. I was told pest control would determine if there was a problem or not and that I would be called with the verdict. I was not called. I had to call many times to speak to the owner who then accused me of staying in the room for 2 hours and then leaving for no apparent reason. She refused to hear that there were bugs in my bed. This hotel has a problem with bugs and lack of accountability.

Great stay overall. But hair on a bathroom floor from previous stay(s) and a dead bug stuck inside the old web by the floor heater that you just can’t miss definitely ruined it. Made us question how clean (unclean) everything else was. Friendly stuff. Easy check in/check out. Convenient location.

Windows are taped dirtyy rooms. 50 cash deposit for no smoking and damage but sheets have cigarette burn holes. Website shows a pool, there is none. Ceilings are caving in, holes around a/c units that you can actually see outside through. And the long term resident's are not very nice. All in all this location is in need of major updating and upkeep! But you get what you pay for. It was a place to rest our head

We could not stay, and ended up booking elsewhere in the area. There was visible dirt on the walls, microwave and fridge, a hole in the wall, many extension cords, the room had an odour of stale smoke, despite being a ‘non-smoking’ room, the toilet would run on unless you jiggled the flush lever.
Despite being close to where my mother lives, I will stay much further away.
