Crestwood Motel

Room was a mess when I got there, ants in the room and the tv was crooked. For the money you spend you can do better.

Would not return deposit even though no damage to room and refused to explain why refund of deposit was denied Do not stay at this motel

Came and stayed here in August. We had stayed next door at the Knights Inn motel and tried to get another room but they were booked. We moved next door to the Crestwood Motel. The lady was nice but she seemed drunk. We left for the day and when we returned, she came to give us extra towels. She was definitely drunk and she kept talking and wasn't making much sense which made my husband and I a little uncomfortable. We had too check outside for her to make sure we could come out for a smoke in peace.The room was okay but there were a lot of ants and the floor was dirty. If you have a choice between Knights Inn or this one!! Take the Knights Inn! The wifi here ****** as well.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgusting Experience — Never Again I don’t even know where to begin. This place was hands down the worst motel I’ve ever stepped foot in. The room smelled like mold and old cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The sheets were stained, the towels were damp and looked like they hadn’t been washed properly, and there were bugs crawling near the bed and in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom — it was filthy. Hair in the sink, a toilet that barely flushed, and mold in the shower. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Also, the noise levels were insane. People yelling at all hours, slamming doors, and loud TVs. It felt more like a horror movie set than a place to rest. The staff didn’t care. I asked to change rooms and they said they were “fully booked” — which is laughable because the parking lot was nearly empty. Zero hospitality, zero hygiene, zero sleep. I left after one night even though I booked three. Do yourself a favour and stay literally anywhere else. Sleep in your car if you have to — it would be cleaner and quieter than this dump.

Bed was not comfortable at all, too small and not sturdy. People were smoking week outside from the other room.

Cockroaches in bathroom. Bed was hard. Double charged for security deposit and only refunded for 1 security charge.

Except for when ordering thru *******, we were A group of 4 people and only offered A King Bed. They said at the front desk that ******* does this all the time. At the time of booking, I said said we were A group of 4, So bad on *******,

Nice, quiet place, very decent staff members esp. Davender ( the front desk guy) was very helpful, polite and respectful to us

The place was dirty. It stank horribly. The attending help was dressed in her dirty sweat pants. Her hair was a mess. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Maybe a homeless person. She would not reimburse the money that she was holding as a deposit.
