Very very poor customer service: They arranged the room where faces the public street & car park, there was no window view because I could not open the curtains. I requested to change the room , the front desk staff said he couldn’t arrange because the house keeping staff had been just off the duty after 5pm.( I talked to him around 5:15pm). He said no matter nothing happens in the room or no need to clean it again, due to no house keeping staff, they can’t do anything even they have another available room . This hotel is no customer services.

Not very excited about having to pay for parking and all the hidden fees, but it has all the amenities :)

Comfortable for travelers and open in 24 hours (super friendly to late night travelers) The service of the hotel is great too !!

Only one washer and was always used by somebody, hope can increase nos. of washer.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, fast check in and wifi, good value of money.

The hotel is a bit historic, but the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the service staff are friendly, and there are restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, and skytrain stations nearby. The location is convenient and quiet.

The hotel has convenient transportation and the rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast only has Western-style dishes, but the taste and service are good. It is worth recommending!

The location is good and the overall value for money is okay. It would be better if we improve the service and hygiene.

The transportation is convenient, the air is very good, and there are birds chirping in the morning. Overall, I feel pretty good.

The furniture and carpet in the room are relatively old and the lighting is dim, but it is quite spacious. There is a window to look out and it is open The staff is very nice and tidy up the room well.  

The foreign boss of our company went to Canada for vacation with his friends. The hotel they chose was in a good location. They were very satisfied and will choose this hotel next time they go there.

Although not luxurious, it is clean and the facilities are very user-friendly.

Close to the airport, highly recommended
