The room heating was excellent. Butler Hui Tailang (Grey Wolf) was incredibly helpful and took great care of us. The hotel's balcony room type is perfect for photos, and the shuttle bus is super convenient – you can just hop on downstairs. The cleaning staff were thorough, and the front desk service was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Came to Hemu with a friend and stayed at this hotel. They upgraded our room for free, and it had a balcony which made enjoying the view super convenient! There's a dedicated shuttle service between the hotel and Hemu Mountain Villa, which is really handy. The butler was also very kind and recommended lots of places for us to visit!
