The owner was very straightforward and enthusiastic. The location is near Birch Forest, making it convenient for sightseeing. It's very quiet here. You can take a bus right outside, but I'd highly recommend renting an e-bike – it's super convenient!

The cabin is nestled in the old village, conveniently located between Ha Xiong Gou Station and the health center station, and within easy reach of several attractions. The small courtyard, with its vibrant flowers, complements the village scenery perfectly, and there are even two adorable kittens. The room was very clean and tidy. Our two families stayed here and found it to be very quiet, with comfortable bedding. Everyone was very satisfied.

The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, offering excellent privacy. I felt incredibly relaxed during my stay. The service was also heartwarming! The location is near the health clinic, and a staff member came to pick me up as soon as I got out of the car.

The guesthouse was great, and the owner was very welcoming. We were 4 adults and 2 children, sleeping on one 1.8m bed and two 1.2m beds. The owner was worried we'd be cramped, so he kindly provided an extra comforter to sleep on the tatami. Houses in Hemu are so expensive; we were thinking two rooms for 6 people would be over 4,000, which isn't worth it. So, we booked a duplex and saved a lot of money. The owner not only gave us watermelon, but also two plates of raisins. There were originally 4 bottles of mineral water, and he brought 4 more. Seeing how many of us there were, he also provided three extra pairs of slippers. He really helped us save a lot and didn't mind that so many of us were sleeping together. The flowers in the courtyard were very pleasant. A family of three could comfortably sleep on the 1.8m bed. The bedding was good. If there's one improvement, I hope the owner can put a curtain between the shower area and the toilet so water doesn't splash onto the toilet. It's understandable given the limited conditions of a wooden house. Overall, for a large group looking to save money, I think this place is a good option. Money doesn't grow on trees, and in this economy, it's wise to save where you can. High value for money, and the guesthouse was clean.

The double storey cabin is just awesome, in design and ambiance. The verandah and the courtyard just add in to the character. The surrounding mountain views are breathtaking, not to mention the mesmerising stars at night. Hemushan is away from the busy attractions but within a nice 20mins walking distance. When we felt lazy, the bus stop is only 2mins away where free buses come in every 15mins or so. Most outstanding is the service given by Sisi (Grace). She assisted in arranging for an airport pickup, greeted us with a warm welcome, gave concise informations on where to eat and what to visit and ever ready to respond to all our enquires on WeChat. Sisi is a blessing to Hemushan’s guests. We stayed for 3 wonderful nights but Sisi continued assisting us in our communication with a non English speaking driver who took us for a day trip in Kanas. Thank you again Sisi. We will surely recommend Hemushan to our friends

The environment is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The owner is warm and hospitable, easy to communicate with, and always ready to answer any questions. Overall, the stay was excellent and great value for money, definitely recommend! The only minor issue was a smell from the drain, I'm not sure if this is a common problem throughout the Hemu area.

This guesthouse is located inside the scenic area, but the value for money is extremely poor. No one greeted us upon arrival, and since it's within the scenic area, there was no pickup service from outside; we had to take two buses to get there. The service was quite bad. When we checked out, we couldn't find any staff. The shower water was practically unusable; after one person showered, we had to wait 40 minutes for the next person. After showering, the entire bathroom floor and toilet were soaked due to poor design. The bedding wasn't clean either. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The room was clean and tidy, and the owner was very honest – they even refunded the difference when the price dropped after I booked. It's a great B&B, right in the center of the scenic area, which is super convenient.
