HOME IN THE HILLS

The hotel was very clean and the decor was cozy. Most importantly, the owner was very welcoming and gave us a detailed guide to Hemu. They not only upgraded our room but also included breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The environment is beautiful, with snow-capped mountains in the background. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. It's quite dry here, and the room even had a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were very helpful, contacting us in advance to provide directions and offering sightseeing and restaurant recommendations upon arrival. They were responsive to all questions and replied to messages almost instantly. I heard it's even more beautiful in autumn and winter. I'd definitely come back again sometime.

Hahaha, it's my first time in Northern Xinjiang. It's very good. First of all, the floor heating is sufficient and there is plenty of hot water. Secondly, the boss is very good. The location is in a relatively quiet place in Hemu Village. I can have a good rest. The yard is also nice.

There happened to be a snowstorm on the day we went there, and we were worried about road closures, so we called the housekeeper early. The housekeeper said it was no problem and that we could refund if we couldn't come due to special circumstances. The service attitude was particularly good. Then we were fortunate to arrive in Hemu that day, and the housekeeper met us at the bus stop early. He also upgraded our room when we got there, and we were very satisfied. The snow view was unbeatable, and there was no need to say much about the room facilities. Just look at the pictures, it was as warm as home, and the snow view outside the window was even more beautiful. Breakfast was also delivered early the next morning. It is definitely worth recommending!
