"I had a fantastic stay at Burqin Night Light City Hotel. The hotel is in a great location with convenient access to nearby attractions, and the night views are especially stunning. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hot water supply was excellent—showing the hotel’s attention to detail. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They also provided helpful travel recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Luo, the hotel manager, who was very professional and dedicated. He provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted great, catering to different preferences. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Environment: The B&B is about 100 meters from Xincun Station 5, at the farthest end of Xincun. It offers a wide view and is easily accessible by bus, with seats generally available. The farthest end of Xincun is Station 7, and the route from Xincun to the Visitor Center is usually crowded after the second or third stop. Due to late booking during the National Day holiday, I was able to secure the last three rooms available, each of different types: two at ANYU and one at Yinshi. Fortunately, they were close, just across the street. I stayed in an ANYU Muyun King Room, with windows on two sides and a stunning view. I stayed there for two nights. It snowed on the first day, so I didn't go out much; just staying in the room was wonderful. Facilities: Even with the snow during National Day, even with the floor heating on, it was still a bit chilly. There was a small fan heater and an electric water heater, which was sufficient for two people. They also thoughtfully provided small items like face masks, rubber bands, and disinfectant wipes. Service: The waiters were several men, and they were very helpful. They even prepared a cake for me, knowing it was my birthday. Hygiene: The hygiene in details still needs to be improved."

"This is our second visit, the hotel is good. Although we didn't get the same room as before, the other one wasn't so bad either. They provided a humidifier and there also was a massage chair. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, parking is not a problem. The only downside is that it was too hot in the room during the night so we had to open a window."

"What a lovely place. We didn't really like the architecture in the town, and were looking for something that is more representative of the local Kazakh majority in town (definitely not the pseudo-European or Russian vibes in the market). This hotel had the right idea and blended in Kazakh elements with modern feelings. We arrived late, but the staff were very accommodating and offered us the complimentary afternoon tea even though it was after hours. We really like the quality of coffee at the hotel. The breakfast was also good, and the hotel design was lovely. Everything is clean and delivered with care. Thank you very much for the enjoyable stay."
