You went with my children, it was great, we enjoyed the hotel very much, we rested in the spa and thermal baths, we swam and the staff were very kind, they hosted us nicely and the food was delicious, there were nice guests in the evening and in the morning. Honestly, this was as good as a mid-term holiday for us. Everything was programmed to make us comfortable.

The rooms were good in terms of cleanliness, I liked that the rooms had balconies, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The thermal pool had two options: open and closed. It offers the opportunity to swim in hot water under snow or rain in winter.

I won't go again, I don't recommend it. There are hygiene and cleanliness problems in the men's bath, elevators and wet areas of the rooms. The hotel is poorly maintained and the breakfast does not suit a 5-star hotel. The sheets were clean. The communication of the employees at the reception was good and positive.

Hello, I was extremely pleased with my accommodation. I would recommend it to everyone. Staff interest is high. Even though it is an old hotel, the innovations are noticeable. I had not noticed the innovations in my previous accommodations. The thermal pool was warm. I had a garden view room. We would like to thank all the friends at the reception for their interest.

Since the facility was an old facility, there were some problems. There is a problem with the drains in the room and they constantly overflow. There is a strong smell in the toilet. The rooms are actually renovated, but the inside of the room is overcrowded. 2 beds, chairs, I don't know how so many things fit into that space. Your range of motion is very narrow. We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the courtyard. Since the hotel is crowded, the pool, which is the general area, is seriously small. It's not like you can enter when it's crowded. The transition to the outside part of the pool was nice and the pool was warm. The sauna is free, but since it is in the area where the toilets and showers are located, there is a strong smell inside. The bath was nice, the actual thermal pool was inside the bath. We were most pleased with the bath section. We preferred the early morning hours and dinner time to use the pool and Turkish bath, as it would not be crowded. The reception is indifferent. The key was handed over without the slightest transfer of information. You have the chance to eat outside in a central area of ​​the hotel. Breakfast ***meat was good. We were satisfied for 1 night but I wouldn't plan a long holiday here.

The food was very good, everyone was very attentive. We had a lot of fun at the New Year's Eve program. We loved the stage performance and environment. The men's spa area was larger than other hotels, the women's spa area was a little smaller, but the employees mentioned that this was due to the architectural structure dating back many years, and the usage areas were clean. Thanks for everything, it's worth staying again.

I was there with my family for 10 days during the New Year's holiday, I can say only one thing, almost everything was perfect. The employees are friendly. The breakfast buffet was rich. The weathered appearance of the thermal area awakened my sense of spirituality. It has been added to the list of places to visit again :)
