Royal Termal Hotel

The hotel is good, a bit far from the city center, but we managed to walk there. We booked it for the pool, but never actually used it. We probably could have booked a hotel a bit closer to the attractions. Overall, everything was excellent. The service, breakfast was simply amazing, the room cleanliness, the quietness, and the cocktails on the terrace were all super. If we're ever in Bursa again, we'll choose this hotel. The flowers at the entrance are absolutely gorgeous!

Generally, it was clean, nice, and had no problems, but the hotel rooms and dining areas were very cold. The thermal pool was very small, only about 15 m2, and the water temperature was very nice. If the hotel and rooms had been warmer, I would have written a much better review.

It was a good stay, the service was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. I would like to thank Mr. Farouk and Mrs. Mirana for their cooperation and assistance to the guests and for overcoming all difficulties.

Excellent. Clean and hygienic. Good service too.

Cleaning and breakfast are good, rooms are clean, useful staff is friendly, we have stayed here before, we are satisfied, thank you for everything, hope to see you again 🙏
