Urbanstay Boutique Nampo BIFF

I really regret that I chose another hotel because of the reviews I read, and ended up having a rather unpleasant stay there. In the end, I canceled the last night and switched to this hotel, and I discovered that it was truly wonderful. The room was bigger, the environment was better, and I didn’t see anything unclean at all. I regret it so much, but luckily I still got to stay here for one night! If I have to mention a downside, it would be that the showerhead in the bathroom sprayed water in a way that felt prickly on the skin, which wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, I was completely satisfied. The room was very quiet, I slept well all night, and the location was extremely convenient. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable. Overall, everything was just great!

The hotel is near to the center of Nampo and easy to find good restaurants nearby. From checking in to checking out, customers don’t meet any front staff. However, I got quick replies whenever I had any questions via Trip.com app. You need to use pass key when using elevator, open the door of your room, and using a locker room. Another thing you need to note is that a toilet and a shower is too close; you must be careful when taking a shower.

This self check-in hotel is quite impressive. They provide clear instructions in advance, including luggage storage password, room access code, and door lock details. They also clearly state that for early check-in, guests need to contact the host. This is very professional 👍🏻 Unlike many other self check-in places where no proper instructions are given. The location is also very convenient. There’s a café downstairs, and the metro station and bus stops are within walking distance. Most importantly, there’s a lively shopping street right behind the hotel, with plenty of shops and things to explore. Everything is just a few minutes’ walk away, which makes it super convenient 👍🏻 The subway station is also very close—just a short walk from the hotel. There’s even a large multi-floor Daiso right across the street! Overall, the transport links are excellent and the hotel itself is very comfortable. The room comes with a fridge, TV, slippers, air-conditioning, and a fairly spacious layout. Downstairs there are also lots of food options. Highly recommended for first-time travelers visiting Busan 👍🏻

Hotel easy accessible, all by walking distance, can take taxi directly from/to airport. Tourist spot. Have a lot convenience store around Hotel. Have few Halal Restaurant nearby.

This is great position we'd really like here ,we decide to stay here we visit next time

Travelled to Busan for two days and needed a place to sleep for one night. The location is really convenient. There’s a metro and a bus stations nearby. Even thought the KTX station is not far, the area around this hotel is pretty chill at night. Outside noise didn’t disturb during our sleeping time. However, the soundproofing between rooms and hall is poor. The room itself is quite spacious and has everything for a comfortable stay. If you need a microwave it can be found on the lobby floor.

Overall experience was a perfect stay! Location is superb, surrounded with café, restaurant, shopping and just a few minutes walk to MRT. The room was good size for 2 and amenities is good enough for our stay. I will stay here again on my next trip!
