Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was quite poor. There was hair in the bathroom and urine stains in the toilet. Service: When checking in, the front desk initially told us that because we had booked separately, one night was for a standard room and the other for a sea-view room. After checking multiple times, they insisted this was the case and that we'd need to pay a price difference to stay in the same room. Only after I showed her my itinerary did she realize her mistake, saying there was someone with the same name. Still, I recommend all you ladies carry your itineraries when traveling, just in case. Surrounding Environment: The hotel entrance is a bit small, located between a BMW dealership and McDonald's. However, dining and shopping are quite convenient, with a pedestrian street nearby. The beach here isn't as crowded as Gwangalli. At a price of 1500+, I wouldn't highly recommend it.

Stayed at L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE HOTELS and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach with plenty of food and shops nearby. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, though slightly compact. The rooftop pool and facilities are a nice bonus. Service was smooth and efficient. A great choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Busan.

FANTASTIC 3 nights stayed in L7 ( 26/3-29/3/26) The location is EXCELLENT,across the road is Haeundae beach,restaurant,shopping,night market,subway etc. And 7-11 right down stair . They provide daily room cleaning and 2 bottles of water. Twin bed room was very spacious for 2 people and overall environment was superb comfortable. For sure will come back again in the future 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location, close to everything I needed, including shops and restaurants. It made getting around very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

The property is in a good location and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was comfortable and met our expectations for a pleasant stay. On the downside, the staff came across as rather cold and not very helpful, which took away from the overall experience. There was also some minor noise from the car park, but it wasn’t overly disruptive. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in service.
