MS Hotel Haeundae Reviews

Clean, view is perfect. They do the room cleaning every day. 7/11 near and beach too. Very convenient

The view was excellent from hotel room. Room is very spacious. However, my room is on the same floor and very close to front desk as well as public area which is not restricted to outsiders. I did not feel secured, especially when i knew there are few floors up which are more secured (with key access for lift). Room with some small flying insects. Staffs are generally nice at all.

If you are looking for an Unobstructed ocean view from the hotel room, this it! And not to mention that the beach is just across the street. While the hotel building may look ordinary from the ground floor (literally just one lift), the hotel room makes up for it. The room is spacious, very clean and well-maintained! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel again in the future.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it’s only a 5-min walk to Haeundae and around 15-min walk to Busan X Sky! However, the waiting time for the elevator was too long as there’re many travelers but there’s only one lift. Be expected to wait for long during busy hours like checking in/out time. Also, the cleanliness can be further improved. There’re stains on the bath towels and in the bathroom sink.

Really loves the sea facing room. Room is spacious, reception is friendly, free water for take out or refill. Lots of shops and eatery around the area. 10mins walk from haeundae station to the hotel.

Overall MS Hotel is nice with pretty sea view. Things to work on : 1 - More space in the bathroom for toiletries placement. 2 - Bathroom drainage need to improve as everytime water flow is very slow. 3 - Not enough space to hang clothes.
