Benikea Hotel Haeundae Reviews

This place was better than I expected, and the location is absolutely fantastic. There's a coffee shop right downstairs and a convenience store next to it. Plus, it's a really short walk to Haeundae Beach. If I go to Busan again, I'll definitely stay here because it's super convenient. There are also a few good soup restaurants nearby.

Got to be very careful when booking this hotel particularly. Certain type of rooms doesn't come with bath towel and only face towel. Cleanliness in question since we came across cockroache. Toilet and bath are separate and different corner across the room. Lots of adjustment need to be done since the hotel don't provide towel. Also, tooth brush & paste not included in the package and need to buy from vending machine provided at a few levels. However, we were accommodated with an upgrade due to intervention from trip.com. I need to thank both trip.com for their quick response and action and the hotel for the free upgrade(due to Cleanliness mentioned above). The photos shown in the hotel website are of certain type and floors and not across the hotel. Generally, I am very disappointed with this property.

The hotel is nice. The hot spring onsen was not too crowd. The location is good though a bit far from the subway. Staff rarely speak english but they’re helpful. Overall, good experience

Took the airport bus to Haeundae Beach, then walked about 10 minutes following navigation. The back entrance is a bit hard to spot (took a wrong turn...), but the front entrance is convenient for taxis. Check-in, check-out, and cleaning are all self-service. It seems the hotel only provides disposable amenities during your stay and no room cleaning, which is different from other places. 😅

This is my regular place stay in Haeundae for the location, value, safety and the free hot springs for the guests. It is very convenient and comfortable. Highly recommended

Good Location, beside is Haeundae Traditional Market. Spacious room with free two mineral water everyday,big bathtub with hpt spring water,enjoy and relax. Friendly staff and good cleaner. Nice city view and nearby with Haeundae beach Beside is GS25 and bus stop Nearby Haeundae station

Good if you looking for free sauna hot spring, just the thing is you need bring your own shampoo and body wash while go sauna n hot spring or you can buy from the counter. Mineral water only 2 per day, asking extra from receiption they ask you go buy ownself at machine

I stayed two nights here, the location is near to Oasis club sauna. The room is actually pretty standard, the towel is very small, for normal hotel that towel is actually size for hair towel. I lost my boarding pass here, but cleaner said never found.

I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised breakfast from Friday to Sunday. However, upon check-in, I was told there was no breakfast on Friday. So why did I even choose your hotel? The other hotel I considered was 100 RMB cheaper, and its rooms were 45 square meters compared to your 30 square meters – a much better value for money. When I tried to check out early and book another hotel, I was told I couldn't, as not providing breakfast wasn't a valid reason. But I confirmed with your hotel via Ctrip in late December last year that you *would* provide breakfast. You didn't notify me or change your breakfast policy, which means you're in breach of contract first, so why can't I check out early? On top of that, there's no microwave in the hotel, which is really inconvenient for heating things up. The soundproofing in the room is terrible; I often hear loud motorcycles from the main road in the early hours, making it impossible to sleep. And to make matters worse, some of the Korean guests are incredibly inconsiderate, often running and playing loudly in the hallways late at night. I've caught them several times and had to directly tell them to quiet down.

Took the local bus from Incheon (5h+ ride) which put me near Jungdong station. The hotel was about a 10min walk away. Great location, closest bus stop is about a 2min walk away and easy to get to the rest of Busan. 5min walk to the beach. Haeundae station itself is about a 10min walk away, and so is the Haeundae Intercity bus stop. Haeundae market is about 5min away, so accessible but away from the crowds. My room had a sofa and desk and a toilet, separate from the shower. The hotel has a sauna with four pools, two lukewarm with massage functions and one hot and one cold pool. It also has two steam rooms and they offer massage and scrub services for a fee. Guests get complimentary access but you have to request the ticket at the reception and bring soap and shampoo when you use the sauna (also available for purchase at reception). Sauna is open until 9pm (8.20pm last entry) but the room also gets hot spring water piped to it. Toiletries are available for purchase from the vending machines (or just grab them from the nearest convenience store or Daiso) The washer/dryer in the hotel was fast (~45min each cycle) and dried my clothes very well. There's a sky lounge on the 20th floor but I didn't use it. There was no breakfast offered at the time I stayed.

He front dest staffs aren't helpful at all. They make you feel like you are bothering them anytime you ask for anyhelp, even check-in.

Convineint location to reach Heawoondae beach & night market & restorants & even to mrt station. Best part was complimentary access to Onsen!! 해운대 온천탕!!!!

The location is great very close to Heaundae beach and has a bus srop in front of the hotel. The metro is also a just a few minutes away. The hotel also has a sauna. The room is quite small though and slightly outdated but it’s clean
