Facilities: The room wasn't small, and the bed was a queen size (1.5m), but I wish it were a bit bigger. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, but there were no disposable slippers or toothbrushes provided. Environment: Extremely convenient! The hotel is directly across from the meeting point for day tours, which was incredibly handy. Service: Good. The hotel offers luggage storage.

The location is fantastic! It's super close to Busan Subway Station Exits 2, 4, and 6. Plus, it's right next to KTX Busan Station Exit 1, making it the perfect place to stay if you're doing a one-day tour of Busan. The room wasn't huge, and the air conditioning is central and can't be adjusted. Overall, it was a really good stay. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast.

i stayed for about 8 nights and it was an awesome experienced . the best was its location of course.. friendly and helpful staff too especially one particular person that cleaned my room everyday.. their house keeping , one old lady that always welcomed us and greeted everytime she sees us, even though there's a language barrier but it doesnt make any lesser to feel welcome and all small gestured that make me appreciated.. Kudos to Ramada Encore.. i am surely to come back to this hotel again .. thank you for that lovely experienced .. good job!!!!

Excellent, just excellent! This hotel offers fantastic value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone. It's super convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Seriously, I can't recommend this hotel enough – it's the best value hotel we've found. Definitely check it out!
