Haeundae Seacloud Hotel Residence Reviews

The hotel is clean and the location is strategically located at the main street. The view of Haendeau beach is superb and breathtaking.

The location is excellent. As soon as you step outside, you’re right by the beach. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés around the hotel, and there’s a bus stop right in front of it, making it very convenient to get around

The view was incredible! The price point is also extremely affordable for what you get! The room is huge and can fit in 4 people! However, you need to use the elevator twice to go down (room —＞ lobby —＞ outdoor). If there are a lot of people, you will need to queue for the elevator! Other than that, I will definitely come back 🤍

The room was quite spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Haeundae Beach is right downstairs, which is a huge plus.

This hotel is super convenient! It's at the end of a pedestrian street right outside Haeundae subway station, and then it's just a quick walk across the road to the beach. The room was spacious and clean. They don't do daily housekeeping, but fresh towels and water were left outside the door every day, which was great. The front desk is on the 6th floor, but you have to take one elevator to the 4th floor, then switch to another to get to your room. Having to take two elevators every time was a bit inconvenient. Also, while there was a stove, there weren't any pots, pans, or other kitchen utensils provided.

Location is definitely good- located right opposite the beach within walkable distance. Very lively place to stay at. Sea view was also amazing. Might be a little hard to find as there are multiple hotels near by with similar names and the lobby was at L4. If you stay at other floors you have to take another elevator. But not a big issue because it’s easy to comprehend once the front desk staff explained. Rooms, toilets and amenities are alittle old compared to the photos. Still relatively clean though. Rooms is very spacious and good environment.

Great location off of Haeundae shopping street. Triple room is the handicap/disabled friendly room, which made for large, wide spaces but nowy to hang towels. Room was showing a bit a wear but overall clean. The gym is an odd open space with gym equipment on the 19th floor.

The location is perfect. They provide a bag of new amenities at the door everyday if u opt for no daily cleaning. However, a few useful facts for you to consider before booking: 1. There are 3 hotels in the same building. You will see different labels on different rooms of the same floor. The room next to u could belong to another hotel. 2. Everyone has access to the upper floors. There are no key card sensor inside the lifts. Anyone can get to the floor you are living on. 3. You have to change lifts whenever you enter or exit the hotel. There will be longer waits especially in the morning. There are 3 other lifts at the back, not many people use them. 4. The rooms are very spacious. 5. There are 2 convenient stores on the ground floor. 6. It is only a 3 mins walk to Haeundae market, 7 mins walk to Haeundae station. Transportation is even more convenient if u take the buses. 7. There are “weird” contact cards at the lifts every night. NGL as a solo female traveller, it made me feel uneasy.

The room was spacious with a great view of Haeundae Beach. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, and it's very close to the subway station, making transportation really convenient. The front desk staff were very patient and provided detailed information, and they also offer luggage storage.

The views were incredible, and the location was perfect. I made some wonderful memories with my college friend from overseas. If I ever come back to Haeundae, I'll definitely stay here again. I was actually exploring Haeundae beach when I met some tourists who hadn't found a place to stay yet. I recommended this hotel to them and even walked them to the lobby after picking up my luggage. :)

The hotel is right in front of Haeundae Beach, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. I also liked that Haeundae Traditional Market was very close by. The only slight inconvenience was having to transfer elevators on the 4th floor, but it wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel area were very vibrant, near food market, easy access to beach. Quite clean, receptionist speak english well. There are different hotel name in the same building make sure you get on the right floor lobby.

We paid extra for a high-floor room with a sea view. In the morning, when the curtains were opened, the sunlight was truly beautiful. At night, the city lights and the illuminated decorations on the beach were equally stunning. For first-time visitors to Haeundae, I highly recommend this accommodation. Right downstairs (at the elevator exit), there are two major convenience stores (CU and GS25). A few more steps lead you to a currency exchange, a Starbucks on the corner, and the Haeundae Night Market. The beach is just across the road. In the morning, a 15-20 minute walk along the beach will take you to Mipo Station, where you can find salt bread, the Haeundae Blueline Park (Sky Capsule), and the Haeundae Sky Luge. The location is incredibly convenient and not expensive. Just a note on check-in: you take the elevator from the 1st floor to the 4th floor, then transfer to another elevator to the 6th floor for check-in. After that, the hotel will direct you to your room floor. Finally, a minor drawback: the soundproofing really needs improvement. Since it's in a busy area, we stayed for two nights and were startled awake by the sounds of cars downstairs just as we were falling asleep (and we were on the 21st floor!). However, overall, the price, transportation, and location are all very convenient. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Busan. 🤍

Pretty much agree with all other 4/5 stars. Close to everything. Changing elevators is only slightly inconvenient. Currently there’s a lot of new construction inside so it’s noisy and dusty on the way to your room but once inside, it’s quiet and free of all the dust.
