There was no lift. So u must lift your suitcase self. We arrived at 23 p.m but the room was not already. But the staff prepared it immediately.

Above all, the cleanliness was really poor. I booked the room after seeing the picture of the bed, but I was shocked to see a topper that was even thinner than a down comforter. Even if I didn't see it properly when I booked, I was shocked to see hair and dust on the topper, comforter, and pillow. There was a lot of hair? Fur? on the floor, and the remote control was so sticky that I couldn't hold it properly. The room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it was difficult. The hair dryer didn't work properly. And the soundproofing wasn't good, so I could hear people talking on the phone and swearing in the next room, and the couple moaning in the middle of the night, so I couldn't sleep properly. Even booking a cheap room had its limits, and I was better off just going to a 24-hour cafe to sleep. It was really hard.

I do not recommend this hotel!! We had room 302, very dirty and permanently smoked, instead of a bed a mattress on some kind of board 🤦🏼♀️ I attached a photo of what the whole room looks like, stained and with cigarette burns. No elevator. Obviously, people stay there "for one night" not for tourism purposes. The hotel is very far from everything, 1.5 hours to Huangde, an hour to the Busan Tower, all the way with a bunch of transfers, which is not at all convenient and very expensive! The metro station is nearby, but this does not compensate for the fact that the hotel is very far from the center and attractions. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 which is empty, and CU It is better to pay a few thousand extra, but find a hotel closer to the center, especially if you come for a couple of days, since the road from and to the hotel takes a lot of time

It was clean, had all the amenities, and was close to the station, so I had a comfortable stay!
